Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Candace was shaped by the resilience and determination of her single mother, whose entrepreneurial spirit lit the path for Candace’s own journey. From a young age, she witnessed firsthand the value of hard work, perseverance, and ambition; principles that have remained at the core of her personal and professional life.

A proud first-generation college graduate, Candace earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stillman College. Committed to furthering her education and expanding her impact, she went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Alabama.

Candace’s academic achievements and lived experiences have fueled her passion for leadership, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others.
